“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

“Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE”
‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
‘’The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”.
‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’

 Returns & Refunds

 We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Opened and used items cannot be returned.

 If the item was damaged in transit or if the item is faulty, use the contact form on this website and you can return the item(s) to us within 07 days of receipt for exchange.

 Refund will be given only if the merchandise is returned in it’s original packaging with no visible damage to the case andthe seal intact

 The customer will however have to pay for the return courier charges back to our place in Dubai, U.A.E

 Refund will be processed within ten working days of receiving the package and shall be credited in the same manner the payment was made and not exceeding 7 days after purchase

 Duties

 All Import duties, VAT, GST or any other taxes, surcharges etc will have to be borne by the customer only. The company will not be responsible for the same


 Flammability

Please be aware that fragrance is a flammable material. Always keep perfume bottles and samples well away from any naked flame. We cannot be held responsible for any fire resulting from products we have supplied.

 All orders are Subject to Availability and Confirmation of the order price.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Oudessey.com or Oudessey Perfume Bottling& Blending,  their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from all claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of the Terms andConditions.

 No Cancellations are permitted once the order has been placed

 Pricing/Availability

While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are generally inclusive of VAT

 We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

 Events Outside our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
